● Supplier sourcing and management: our expertise extends to coordinating an array of essential services. Securing and managing an officiant, caterer, photographer, videographer, entertainment, florists, production, hair & makeup artists, stationary, decor and transportation - we ensure an orchestration of the vital elements for your wedding’s success.
● Clear financial breakdown and budget management
● Progress updates throughout the planning timeline to keep you informed at each stage of the process
● Streamlined online platform: wedding website, guest list management, send save-the-dates, track RSVP’s and access floor plans
● Comprehensive guest accommodation and travel details
● Running order provided for a seamless execution on the day of the wedding
● On-site presence with at least two coordinators, providing expert support on your wedding day

Our part planning service allows us to pick up where you have left off. This service includes the liaison and booking of the suppliers you require in the case of having already secured key elements, such as the venue.
